Rotorua

Okie... now to next destination: Rotorua
Land of HOT thermal activity. It is said it is not uncommon wake up one morning to find a hot spring in what was once your green garden in rotorua. It is also a Maori cultural centre.


Oh. That's the hotel bed. Did I mention? New Zealand hotel rooms are VERY spacious. Except Welly I guess. Welly is the smallest... though still a lot larger than hong kong's.

So up first! Auckland!

Sisters~ That's the auckland 'skyline'. Taken during harbur cruise. Really liked that cruise. Afterall, Auckland is the City of Sails. The world's highest sailboat per capita.

Hmmm.... pity I didnt take photos of the streets of Auckland. Note to self: I should take more photos of streets whenever I travel~

Anyways... the coach ride from Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo was really nice... Here's a shot.

Countdown to 21st

Back on sunny island~

hello! i'm back~ back some time ago actually!

now tt i've settled down... i'm bored at home. so i just did up a list of wat to do and realised tt in fact, i have tonnes to do! boring stuff nonetheless. stuff tt i'll rather avoid la. like packing, driving (i dun even want to mention it actually)

& i "resolved" one today. my 21st bday bash. and unfortunately the conclusion is no more bash :( i couldnt get my condo's function room on any of the decent dates. so that's that. *sigh* really wanted all my best pals to gather together. tt would be so fun. and i have to say that my condo has a really nice common area. lotsa palms, greenery, water. would have been a great place for a nice gathering.

o well... shall run off now. shall look for chocs to make myself feel better abt the nonexistent bash and long list of to-dos.
