Tuning in

Hmm... don't you love rainy days? Yours sheets feel extra cosy... music sounds more charming... and books look more inviting.

I spent my day in the library and the book store. I felt like a butterfly... fluttering from book to book, lost in the world of editorials and images. I only left when the store closed. When I reached home for dinner, it was 10.30pm! Yikes. Haha... which reminds me... there was one time, I spent 2 solid hours at AnBC @ Bugis... a Japanese stationery shop. Most pple can understand spending 2 hrs at a book store or library... but a stationery shop?! Amazing eh?

Hiatus

It's been a while... it wasn't that my life was so boring that I have nothing to blog. I just didn't want to fill my blog with dreary things when my xin1 jing4 (literal translation: 'heart state' = emotional/mental state) was exactly like the image above. For a moment I even felt rebellious (think gothic chick). But no worries. I did nothing more than chopping my locks. :p

Will try to post more regularly from now on. Have been working at this small aki firm called Multiply for the past 3 months. Great place. Relaxed and condusive environment. The projects are quite varied, interesting. And I'm glad to say that the bosses push for design/concept excellence; not pure GFA or client-driven.
